Registration Instructions:

Before you begin the registration, please have the following information ready as it will be required during the registration process.

​

Required Documents:

  • Professional License

  • Malpractice insurance declaration page or verification of insurance by the employer

  • Course models information (one model needed for each Botox, Filler, PDO thread course).  If you do not have a model or are working on a model for the course, simply let us know and ONE Vida will provide you with a model as needed.

COURSE DESCRIPTIONS

 

What sets our classes apart aside from other courses is the amount of hands-on training our students receive. Upon successful completion of our courses, this program allows you to bring your patients and work with over-the-shoulder supervision by our Doctors.

Introduction to Aesthetic Medicine: Basic Botox, Filler, PDO Threads Course  (2-Day Course)
All about Botox, dermal fillers, and PDO Threads. Learn about biology, chemistry, and clinical indications, followed by clinical case planning and application. We will review contra-indications and risk prevention. Bring your own model or we will provide one. Practice as much as you need by bringing more than one model. Additional cases pay $50 OFF the regular price of each filler syringe and 50% OFF the regular price of neurotoxin and threading treatments. You will walk away ready to treat patients. Must be an RN, PA, NP, MD, or DDS.

Botox Basics Course - 5 Hours
All about neurotoxins: Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, Jeuveau. Learn the physiology, anatomy,  pharmacology, and clinical indications, followed by clinical case planning and application. We will review contra-indications and risk prevention. Bring your own model or we will provide one. Practice as much as you need by bringing more than one model. Additional cases pay 50% OFF the regular price. You will walk away ready to treat patients. Must be an RN, PA, NP, MD, or DDS

 

Dermal Filler Basics Course - 5 hours
All about dermal fillers: Juvederm, Restylane, Sculptra, Radiesse, and more. Learn the physiology, anatomy, pharmacology, and clinical indications, followed by clinical case planning and application. We will review contra-indications and risk prevention. Bring your own model or we will provide one. Practice as much as you need by bringing more than one model. Additional cases pay $50 OFF the regular price of each syringe. You will walk away ready to treat patients. Must be an RN, PA, NP, MD, or DDS

PDO Threading Basics Course - 8 hours

Learn about biology, chemistry, and clinical indications, followed by clinical case planning and application. We will review contra-indications and risk prevention. Bring your own model or we will provide one. Practice as much as you need by bringing more than one model. Additional cases pay 50% OFF the regular price. You will walk away ready to treat patients. Must be an RN, PA, NP, MD, or DDS.
